Our recruitment process step by step

Telephone preselection

If your CV matches the vacancies and expectations of our clients, our recruiters will contact you by phone as soon as possible. The purpose of this first exchange is to make a precise point on your career aspirations.

Face to face interview

If your profile is selected, you will be invited to meet us in our offices. A personalized interview will be scheduled with one of our consultants. Our recruitment office can also arrange an appointment via Skype.

Reference checks

Once the face-to-face interview is done, Jasmin Consulting carries out a rigorous control of your references.

Transmission of the file to the client

A selection of applications best suited to the position sought is carried out by our consultants and researchers. This is then transmitted to the company concerned.

Interview with the client

If the client retains your application, you will be invited to meet him. This meeting takes place in most cases in the premises of the company concerned.
